Mr. Zhou Qisheng got involved in the international hardware trade in the 1970s and established a firm foothold in Hong Kong. His company provided supply services for more than 50,000 kinds of products for manufacturing and the construction industry by taking advantage of Hong Kong’s free trade port and fully integrating various hardware products and resources from Southeast Asia and the mainland of China. He won the respect and trust of customers with the spirit of hard work, the service concept of unceasing improvement, the advantages of high-quality products and immediate delivery. With the urbanization of Hong Kong in the 1980s, his company participated in the construction of Hong Kong's public works, and was honored as the city’s "metal screw pioneer."

With China's reform and opening up in 1995, Mr. Zhou Qisheng decided to enter the mainland market of China and set up the mainland's first metal ware trading company in Guangdong Province. At the time, he specialized in two categories of products, including 12.9 class high-strength screws and metal cutting tools. With rapid economic development and increasing demand, the company established its first production base in Dongguan, Guangdong in 2003 to provide better, more convenient and efficient service and lay the foundation for future development. The second production base was established in Kunshan, Jiangsu at the end of 2010 with a current annual production capacity exceeding 75,000 tons, becoming one of the world's largest 12.9 class high-strength screw manufacturers.

Mr. Zhou Qisheng has always insisted on the idea of "becoming the world's largest 12.9 class high-strength screw manufacturer", and conveyed this idea to every Eagle Metalware employee. In the process of constant pursuit of progress, he travelled from Hong Kong to the mainland, and on to Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe and America to study and learn. He used his youth to race against time, regarded his health as a stone, always put the customer first and continuously innovated based on customer demand, thus winning the respect and trust of the customers.

From "Hong Kong Fucheng" in 1968 to the world-class robustly-growing fastener manufacturer with a current annual production capacity reaching 75,000 tons, the experience gained over forty years has formed the unique cultural characteristics of Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd. and provides every employee with spiritual strength and guidance. What Mr. Zhou Qisheng provides for employees is not only a work platform, but also the valuable experience of growth and development at Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd..In the industry, Mr. Zhou Qisheng was elected vice president of the Guangdong Fastener Association, director of the Dongguan Foreign Trade Association, honorary chairman of the Hong Kong Screw Association and member of the Shenyang Fuxin Hydraulic Parts Association due to his outstanding record.
