The products are first processed with surface dephosphorization, then put on the loading rack for uniform emissions carburizing. Quenching is used next to increase the hardness of the steel, and high-temperature tempering is next employed to reduce the hardness of the steel and increase its plasticity. Automatic control systems can accurately monitor the operational status of the equipment in real time to ensure qualified and stable product performance.
